Background
R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company (RJRV) manufactures several series of non-refillable cartridge-based electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) products that are or may be distributed, sold, and offered for sale in the state of West Virginia under the brand names Vuse Solo, Vuse Vibe, and Vuse Alto.
Vapor Products Subject to Disclosure
The Vuse-branded vapor products listed below are or may be distributed, sold, or offered for sale in the state of West Virginia and are thus subject to the disclosure requirements of Title 175, Series 12 section 3.4.4.c.5 of the West Virginia Code of State Rules.
