Todd Holbrook

Todd Holbrook oversees RJRVC’s impressive next generation brand portfolio, including vapor and revolutionary oral products, as well as driving RAIIC’s focus on innovation. Todd seeks to advance RAIIC’s speed to market across a range of product platforms and more efficiently meet the preferences of adult tobacco consumers in a rapidly evolving world.

“We set out with the inspiring goal to improve the lives of adult smokers by taking substantial steps in our long-held ambition to transform tobacco,” said Todd.

Originally from Massachusetts, Todd attended Stetson University in Florida, graduating with a BA in business administration with a focus in marketing. He then worked at a marketing research firm in Boston. Realizing that his passion was in brand marketing, he earned his MBA at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem in 1996. Being a native New Englander, Todd has celebrated six Super Bowl championships with his favorite NFL team, the Patriots. He and his wife have three children.

Rachael Claxton

Rachael Claxton leads the next generation vapor business unit and is a key driver in accelerating RJRVC’s progress in transforming tobacco.

“Innovative culture. That’s exactly who and what we are, and that means something more than simply innovative products,” said Rachael.

Rachael earned her MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a BA in Geological Sciences from Northwestern University. Rachael’s interest in business started with a role at Ben and Jerry’s. She loves the great outdoors and spending time in the mountains hiking, biking, and canoeing with her husband and their two children.

Shay Mustafa

Sharonda (Shay) Mustafa leads the next generation oral business unit, which includes REVEL nicotine lozenges among other innovative products tailored to meet the evolving preferences of today’s adult tobacco consumer.

We have a diverse portfolio of incredible brands for every adult tobacco consumer occasion and preference,” said Shay.

Shay earned her MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she was awarded the program’s highest honor – the Gower Outstanding Leadership Award. She also holds a BA in Business Administration from Rhodes College. She is an avid supporter of S.T.E.M. education and early-stage entrepreneurship. She and her husband have two daughters.
